How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and submit. Our team will call you shortly to confirm your order before it is dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected at the time of delivery. We are working on introducing online payment options soon.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days in major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) and 4–7 business days in other areas. Timelines begin from order confirmation, not placement.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, our team will provide you with tracking information via phone or WhatsApp.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ethereal@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Can I return an item?

Yes. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please review our full Shipping & Returns Policy for details.

Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver nationwide across all major cities and most towns. Delivery charges and timelines may vary for remote areas.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at ethereal@gmail.com or WhatsApp us. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no charge.

Are all products in stock?

We do our best to keep stock levels accurate on the website. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, our team will inform you during the confirmation call.
