Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation
All orders placed through Ethereal are subject to confirmation by our team. Once you place an order, a member of our team will contact you by phone to verify your details and confirm the order. Your order is not fully processed until this confirmation call is completed.
Delivery
We currently deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- → Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 business days
- → Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
- → Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines begin from the moment your order is confirmed by our team, not from the time of placement.
Delivery Charges
A flat delivery charge of PKR 15 is applied to all orders. We are working on introducing free delivery thresholds in the near future.
Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected at the time of delivery. Please ensure the exact amount is available to facilitate a smooth transaction.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, here is our policy:
- → Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- → Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- → To initiate a return, contact us at ethereal@gmail.com with your order reference.
- → Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ethereal@gmail.com with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
